The Interregional Association Of Driving Schools (IADS) was founded
on 26th
April 1999. (The registration number # 077.185).
The Main task of IADS is the unification of educational institutions , which train drivers
in order to help their work in practice and to protect their interests.
Main Tasks of IADS:

Real support of its members in all regions of Russia, protection of them in conflict situations
-
Active interaction with the representative State bodies (Federal Education Agency, the Ministry of
Transport and Communications, the Department of
the Road Traffic
Ensuring, the State Parliament and etc.), some Public
Organizations (ROSTO, VOA, RAC, FOASH, DAR and etc.) in order to improve the system of drivers training
-
Interaction with the media services for the propaganda of the behavior culture on the roads
-
The attraction of the attention of the
Central Departments and
Structures to some problems in concrete regions. The assistance to the participation of Russian regions in measures, led by the IADS in the interaction with
the State and some large none-State
Structures
-
Generalization and spreading of the advanced world-wide experience of driving schools working, organization-methodical skills , teaching programs, help books and
etc. The adjustment or the information exchange between the members of
the IADS
-
Juridical and legal , teaching-methodical and informational help to driving schools at places of their location
-
The adjustment of ties between driving schools throughout the
Country in order to unite them in a huge self-adjusted organization.
THE SPHERE OF THE IADS ACTIVITY COVERS ALL REGIONS OF RUSSIA.
At the current moment of time
the IADS includes teaching organizations and establishments in more than 40 regions of Russia.
The IADS performs in regions through its local departments.
The members of the IADS are: Independent driving schools , teaching service centers, professional schools and collages of the Ministry of Education , teaching organizations,
sport-technical clubs, youthful driving schools and some other teaching drivers training organizations,
and also organizations , which release goods for driving schools. Some academies and technical universities , juridical firms and
Publishing Houses are also members of the IADS.
IADS supplies driving schools with the newest learning-methodical literature.
There are signed contracts with some large special Publishing
Houses . New coming releases are being constantly traced, and the information about them is being delivered to
the members of the
IADS immediately . The Teaching-Consulting
Center of the IADS
regularly issues methodical compilations of legal and financial-economical questions of driving schools activity.
IADS collaborates with the Department of
the Road Traffic
Safety Ensuring, Federal Education Agency and other special
Departments , inviting their officers for taking
their parts in conferences and «round tables», led by
the IADS. It allows to perform an operative double-sided connection of
the IADS members , which are situated in the furthest corners of Russia and help them to meet the newest decisions of
different Ministries.
IADS improves qualifications of driving schools staff by making regular teaching-methodical, juridical, economical and etc.
seminars, courses, including some special regional applications. In order to do this
the IADS collaborates with the leading Methodists of Moscow and invites them to take their part in these seminars.
Every year the IADS (featuring the department of Road
Traffic Safety Education Department, Federal Education Agency, the Federation of Driving
Schools Unions) organizes and leads in
Sochi town a traditional
International Conference «Driving school». Not only leaders of educational departments, that train drivers, but the representatives of some interested
Ministries from the Center and regions of Russia come to this Conference.
There have already been 11 Conferences «Driving School 1999-2008», led by
the IADS.
The decisions of Conferences were delivered to all special Ministries and Departments. Each Conference has its deserved success, for it is the only act in Russia, that is directly dedicated to discussion of actual problems of Russian driving schools. The contents of Conferences
were sent to all members of
the IADS.
IADS took its active part in work of the Center of strategic investigations and researches of the Government of Russia for the program «the Road
Traffic Safety Increase». The point of view of
the IADS about some key problems received its
reflection in the ultimate document , which had been prepared by the Author`s
group of the Center for discussion in the Federal Council of Russia.
IADS also took its active part in discussing and creation of some new methods of taking the State Inspection of The Road
Traffic Safety high quality exams .
Teaching-Consulting Center of the
IADS under the Guidance of the Road
Traffic Safety Education Department
has released a complete set of new learning
electronic manuals «Driving School
IADS»:
Some responsible officers-consulters of the Road
Traffic Safety Education Department of the Ministry of Interior
Affairs of Russia took their parts in work for these
manuals.
In 2006 the Teaching-Consulting
Center of the IADS worked out a
computer program complex for taking the State Inspection of The Road
Traffic Safety high quality exams for the right to drive a vehicle. (Keerjanov`s letter ¹13/5-72 from 19.04.2006).
Every quarter the IADS issues «informational news» for its members.
The site of the IADS has a big level of Popularity –till 800 enters a day.(70% in Russia and CIS, the rest–
in USA, Canada, Europe.
All members of
the IADS may have discounts for any measures, led by
the IADS.
