XIII International Conference «DRIVING SCHOOL-2010»

	Dear, colleagues!   Interregional association of driving schools (IADS) with the assistance of Road traffic safety ensuring dep. under Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, Ministry of Education and Science, Ministry of transport, Ministry of Health and Social Development, as well as international social associations is holding the XII-th international conference “Driving school-2010” from 27th September to 2nd October 2010

	Representatives of State Duma and Council of the Federation, Members of State commission of road traffic safety, Representatives of European association of driving schools, Representatives of European Association of examiners (CIECA), Major international driving training centers, Central Boards of ROSTO and BOA, Major social associations in the field of driver, Representatives of science, Media.

Matters to be considered

	General matters: Actual matters of reforming training systems for drivers. Obstacles and development prospect. Improvement of interagency cooperation towards upgrading of training system for drivers. Quality training of drivers is one of the constituents to ensuring road traffic safety. Training and testing of drivers in Europe taking into account the development prospects of innovational approaches. Rendering first aid to the injured in traffic accident. Development of the system aimed at persistent education and training children the safe behavior on the road. Concepts of educational policy in the field of driver training.
	Change in normative basis of driver training: Legal and law aspects of the operation of driving schools under constantly changeable normative basis. Amendments to Federal Law on “road traffic safety”. Alterations in sample Programs of driver training and retraining. Alterations in road traffic regulations. Implementation of measures on enhancing the procedures of exercising state duties and the ones in the field of qualifying examination and driving license issuing. New procedure of the licensing of educational activity aimed at driver training.
	State-of-the-art training technology: Innovative approaches to learning in process of training and improvement of driver’s skills. Intensification of learning process as to road traffic regulations through employing state-of-the-art technologies. Implementation of psychological influence during driver training. Application of module programs based on competences during the training. Employment of technologies during the education process in driving school. Demonstration of equipment for outfitting learning process. Presentation of new training aids.

The answers on various aspects of driver training by heads of central and regional education Bodies, Russian State Inspection of road traffic safety and Russian leading methodologists can be given to conferees.

The Conference will be held in “AdlerResort” located at Sochi, Adler, Lenin str., 219.

Transfer from airport or “Adler” rail station is organized by shuttle buses № 53, 58, 61, 123, 143, 160. 

Overall cost, including participation in a Conference, handouts, solemn supper, stay at a boarding house, three meals a day (during 6 days) is as follows:

• Double-room with TV and refrigerator – 19200 rub.,
• Single room with TV and refrigerator – 23600 rub.,
• For accompanying persons – 16200 rub.

IADS’s members who are not indebted as membership fees payment are given discount of 500 rubles.

Conference participants will receive certificates and those of them who take part in a Conference on a regular basis (more than 3 times) will be awarded with a certificate of honor.

A drawing of valuable prizes (training aids) will take place among conference.

Payment for extra stay is made according to Boarding House rates.

Transfer to a conference place and back is organized and paid by its participants.

The ticket back is recommended to purchase on the spot.
