Admittedly, over the past
year the significant changes in normative basis, regulating driving schools’
activity along with other organizations’ that engage in training of drivers,
have occurred frequently in the field of driver training.
As a result, the
aforesaid has given rise to the significant differences in treating actual
normative documents associated with licensing of driving schools, monitoring
over their activity, driver training programs being applied by driving
schools, examination at a State Inspection of road traffic safety. The
effective driving schools’ activity becomes essentially impeded when the
contradicting information obtained from various sources, as a matter of fact,
doesn’t consist with references to specific documents.
With the view of approving
a common-for-all-the-regions approach to solve the major problems linked with
implementing the training of drivers, the Interregional Association of
Driving Schools (IADS), in “Olymp” boarding-house will be holding an
All-Russian Seminar of driving schools’ executives during the period 14-16
April 2010. The subject to be discussed: «Actual issues of reforming of
driver training system. Development obstacles and prospects».
The following issues are
to be considered at a Seminar:
Licensing procedure,
Application procedure of examination methods,
Application procedure of training and refresher training,
Changes in road traffic regulations.
The participants will be
offered to acquaint themselves with newest training methods, advanced
hands-on experience of leading Russian driving schools, new products of
training literature and aids. Immediate experts from Ministry of Education
and Science of Russia, Federal Supervising Service in the field of education
and science, ensuring department of road traffic safety under the Ministry of
Internal Affair of Russia, Russian Ministry of transport, central Council
DOSAAF, central council BOA have been invited to participating in Seminar.
